Cupressocyparis leylandii Gold Rider

Height: 0,3–0,5 m

One of the most beautiful Leyland cypresses thanks to its special color. It has a medium growth rate, growing to a height of about 4-5 m, forming a dense, broad, ovoid, regular shape. Its leaves are golden yellow on new shoots, while the inner leaves are dark green and have a lemon scent. It grows best in a sunny spot in well-structured, well-drained soil rich in nutrients. Its water needs are medium. An excellent choice as a solitary plant, as a hedge, as a backdrop for perennial beds, or in combination with other plants.
